Our Read
The M30 is a smaller cabinet-free unit with 0.82 cu ft of resin. It’s fully listed with NSF, and its manual publishes everything we look for. Its efficiency figure of 4,567 grains per pound is certified but trails the Whirlpool and GE units, and its resin bed is the smallest here.Bottom line: Fine for one to three people on moderate hardness. Larger or harder-water homes should step up to a 1.1–1.5 cu ft unit.
